OUR SERVICES
TK Construction Services is a licensed general contractor based in Keizer, Oregon, serving Salem, Marion County and eleven surrounding counties. Across fifteen years and more than sixty completed projects we have handled residential and commercial work at both ends of the scale, from custom homes and apartment buildings down to punch list repairs and handyman jobs. General contracting, project management and in-house construction services, with licensed trade partners brought in where the work calls for them. One point of contact from the estimate to the final walkthrough. CCB# 225602.
Carpentry & Framing
Framing, siding, trim, decks and finish carpentry for homes and commercial buildings across Keizer, Salem and the wider Willamette Valley. We handle the structural work on new builds and additions, then come back for the finish detail that decides how the room actually looks. Recent projects include a six bedroom, three bath custom home with a vaulted thirty foot entrance, and a seventeen unit apartment building. Whether you need a full frame package or a single wall opened up, we manage the scope from first measurement to final walkthrough. Free estimates. CCB# 225602. Call (503) 569-2423.
Plumbing
Plumbing is part of most renovations, additions and new builds we take on, and we manage it end to end. The work itself is performed by licensed plumbing contractors we have worked with for years, and we handle the scheduling, coordination and inspection so you are dealing with one point of contact instead of three. That means the plumbing is done to code by the right credential holder, and it lands on schedule with the rest of the job. Free estimates. CCB# 225602. Call (503) 569-2423.
Electrical
Most renovations and new builds need electrical work, and we manage that scope for you. The wiring itself is performed by licensed electrical contractors, while we handle scheduling, coordination with the other trades, and getting it through inspection. You get one point of contact for the whole project rather than chasing separate trades. Free estimates. CCB# 225602. Call (503) 569-2423.
Painting
Interior and exterior painting for homes, apartments and commercial buildings in Keizer, Salem and Marion County. We prep properly, protect what is not being painted, and leave the site clean at the end of each day. Painting is often the last trade on a job, which means it is the one people remember, so we treat it that way. Available as a standalone service or as part of a larger renovation or addition. Free estimates. CCB# 225602. Call (503) 569-2423.
Maintenance & Handyman Services
Repairs, punch list work and ongoing maintenance for homeowners, landlords and property managers around Keizer and Salem. This covers the jobs that are too small for most general contractors and too involved for a homeowner: drywall repair, door and cabinet adjustment, trim replacement, debris removal and turnover work between tenants. If you manage rentals and need one reliable number for the recurring items, this is that service. Free estimates. CCB# 225602. Call (503) 569-2423.

We also take projects in Polk, Benton, Linn, Yamhill, Clackamas, Washington, Lane, Lincoln, Tillamook, Wasco and Jefferson counties. If you are not sure whether your address is in range, call and ask.
Is TK Construction Services licensed?
Yes. We hold Oregon CCB license number 225602 and carry general liability insurance. You can verify the license at any time through the Oregon Construction Contractors Board website.
Do you handle plumbing and electrical work?
Yes, as part of the projects we manage. Oregon licenses plumbing and electrical separately from general contracting, so that work is performed by licensed trade contractors we bring in. We handle the scheduling, coordination and inspections, so you deal with one point of contact rather than hiring each trade yourself.
What size projects do you take on?
Both ends of the scale. We have built custom homes and a seventeen unit apartment building, and we also do punch list repairs, drywall patches and handyman work. Over fifteen years we have completed more than sixty projects. No job is too small to call about.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free. Call (503) 569-2423 or send the contact form on this site and we will arrange a time to look at the work.
How do I get started?
Call (503) 569-2423 or email tkconstructionservices@yahoo.com with a short description of the project and your address. We will schedule a walkthrough, then put together a written scope and estimate for you to review before any work begins.
